IN LIEFDEVOLLE HERINNERING AAN SAARTJIE

Ons harte is stukkend sonder jou, Saartjie. Jy was soveel meer as net ons hond – jy was ons koeksie, ons vreugde en liefde en ’n deel van ons harte en sal altyd wees. Die huis voel leeg en die stilte is swaar, want jou voetstappies en klokkie deur die huis is stil en jou liefdevolle teenwoordigheid is nie meer hier nie. Ons kan nie glo dat jy so skielik weg is nie.
Dankie vir al die lawwe oomblikke saam met jou, elke drukkie en soentjie en al die kosbare oomblikke. Jy het ons onvoorwaardelik liefgehad, en ons sal daardie liefde vir altyd in ons harte dra. Rus sag, ons kosbare Saartjie blaartjie. Tot ons mekaar weer sien. Gaan jou mis met jou rooi balletjie.
