YAYA VAN DER WESTHUIZEN
Message
IN LIEFDEVOLLE HERINNERING AAN YAYA
8 Januarie 2021
“Ewigheid
Iewers is dit als verby
& staan jy wat agterbly
vir lank verslae, verstom, verpletter…
Verblind!
Want sien jy my dan nie draf
deur die melkweg nie?
En voel jy nie hoe waai
my asem in die winde nie?
Hoor jy nie my blaf
oor veld en vleiland nie?
Jy bly soek my
tussen klip & steen
& jy mis my –
jy mis my
waar ek oor jou reën…”
*Gedig deur Braam Oberholzer*
Jy kon gebroke harte heel maak & het ons elke dag soveel liefde gegee. Jou plek is nou leeg maar in ons harte sal ons jou nooit vergeet.
Rus in vrede my beste vriend
