A Prayer for Tyson

Heavenly Father, creator of all living creatures, we come to You today with heavy hearts and profound sadness over the loss of our beloved pitbull, Tyson.

Thank you for the precious gift of Tyson’s life and for entrusting him to our care for the time we had together. He was a loyal companion and brought immense joy, comfort, and unconditional love into our home. We are grateful for every happy memory we shared, every playful moment, and every quiet time of companionship.

Lord, as Tyson’s time on earth has ended, we ask that You watch over him now in death and welcome him into Your loving embrace. We pray that he is now free from any pain, sickness, or suffering, resting peacefully in Your eternal care.

Please comfort us, his human family, in our time of grief. Soften our sadness and help us to remember the good times, finding peace in the knowledge that we will see him again. Grant us the strength to navigate this void in our lives and to cherish the love he gave us forever.

In your mercy and love, hear our prayer. Amen.
