IN LOVING MEMORY OF OUR DAUGHTER ABBIE MICHAEL RADEMEYER

Our hearts are shattered as we share the passing of our beautiful, beloved Abbie Michael Rademeyer. She was not our dog—she was our child, our daughter, our joy, our little sunshine. A part of our souls has left with her, but her love will live within us forever.

Abbie, our Babanina, our little Potato, our Turtle Bug, our Teddy bear, brought so much laughter and warmth into our lives. She had a special way of sleeping—flat on her belly, arms and legs out to the sides, like a little turtle, completely at peace, completely loved.

She was the queen of food, and oh, how she adored it! Every morning, she had her special toast nibbles with her papa, their little tradition that brought so much joy. It was her greatest pleasure (aside from cuddles and kisses, of course).

The moment she opened her eyes, she would crawl onto my chest, her little tail wagging, smiling, showing her toofies, and showering me with the passionate little kisses. And she absolutely gave the BEST Cuddles, That was her love language—pure, unconditional, and overflowing.

She was our little bundle of excitement after a shower, bouncing on her front paws, ready to play with her sister, Lilley Rose. Their bond was unbreakable—they played like two happy little hippos on the bed, and after, Abbie would kiss Lilley’s face endlessly. Lilley would pretend to be annoyed, but later, she’d return the love, licking Abbie’s arms or belly, as if to say, “I love you too, sister.”

We are a family of five, and we always will be. Though our baby girl is no longer physically with us, she is now reunited with her big brother Spike and her Oupa Neil, running free, pain-free, and showering them in kisses just as she did with us.

Abbie, our precious girl, our Babanina, our little Potato, our Turtle Bug, our Teddy Bear, you were our heart, our happiness, our everything. We miss you beyond words, beyond measure. You will always be with us—in every morning, in every wagging tail, in every moment of love.

Forever our baby, forever our family. We love you, Abbie. Run free our sweet precious gentle girl.
