Memories of a puppy named Puppy (7.8.2006 – 29.4.2014) This is how you will always be remembered – with a smile on your face and love in your heart. You came to us as a very small ball of fluff and we loved you. You were never a very healthy boy and we did all we could to help you feel better and gave you love just as you gave us. You drove us crazy with the amount of water you drank and the mess you made when you did, but we would give anything now to have that again. We laughed when you howled instead of barking at strangers passing the gate (Who gave them permission to walk past anyway?). We loved the sound you made when I rubbed your back, like Wookie from Star Wars, and I could tell you liked that, hey boy. You always came to greet us when we came home as if we had been away for weeks and lavished sloppy kisses on your ‘Sister’ because you could. There are so many more wonderful memories of you in our hearts and for that we thank you dearly. Until we see you again may you have a lap to lay on, we will always remember you with love. PUPPY (7.8.2006 – 29.4.2014) This was Puppy, only 7 years old! So sorry that you were with us for such a short time. You were born under an unkind star. We all tried to brighten your days and you were happy, though your heart wasn’t good. Then came the day we had to say goodbye. We did, but with very heavy hearts. We know there is a Doggy Heaven waiting for you. We miss and love you, Mommy Coetzee
