IN LIEFDEVOLLE HERINNERING AAN ABBEY

My hart….
My hart is so seer, ek weet eers nie wat om te sê nie.
Maar daar is baie mense wat lief was vir jou, soos ons.
Meeste mense het geweet, jy was my kind… my baba, Vir 10 jaar en 1 maand was jy myne. Ek het nie kinders nie, en sal seker nooit hê nie… net kinderjies soos jy.
Jou ouderdom het ons ongelukkig ingehaal, baie vinniger as wat ons gedink het dit sal, en die laaste paar maande was maar moeilik. Ons het meer oorleef as geleef. Daar was nog baie van my ou Abbey binne jou, maar al jou pyne en medikasie het jou later begin steel.
En toe kom die swaarste dag van my lewe. ‘n Dag wat ek altyd geweet het gaan kom, maar nooit geweet het dit sal so vinnig hier wees nie. Ons moes jou groet…. vir altyd.
Daar is ‘n massiewe gat in my hart, my lewe en my bed… waar jy was.
Vir 3683 dae was jy my alles.
Ek sal altyd lief wees vir jou. Jy is die beste ding wat al ooit met my gebeur het.
