XENA OELOFSE
Message
IN LOVING MEMORY OF XENA
29 March 2025
My Xena girl,
For eleven years, I could say you were my wild girl, with a mind and attitude so unique. The last four years, you made a special connection with Oupa that only grew stronger. I heard a quote that said:
“The risk of love is loss, and the price of loss is grief…”
We never thought Oupa would come and get you so soon, to give you wings with him. He needed a sidekick to wait for us.
Having a pet is a risk—you always face grief. But that’s the flip side of love.
Rambo is taking good care of Ouma. Enjoy your wild wings, my sweet Xena girl.
Love you always
