INCA – 28 April 2001 – 5 February 2014. Inca was a cat from magical, mystical Magaliesburg, who entered our lives as an eight week old, spitting, fighting bundle of multicoloured fur. “Farewell dearest Inca, may your soul fly on wings of love to the Light. We love and miss you Kitzi and we thank you for being a part of our lives all these years. Thank you for your healing paws and all the healing you gave us. You taught me so much. I especially valued your lessons in telepathic communication, where, amongst others, you taught me that animals do have a concept of time as we know it. I’m grateful that we were able to spend your final days together, and that I was able to say good bye to you. When you left I felt that a piece of my soul went with you, but I now believe, my Whiskered Angel, that our souls are inexplicably linked for all eternity. I know that you did not cross the bridge alone, as I saw that my parents, brother and canine companions, Mac-Tavish, Nikki and Maxi were there to welcome you. I’m in awe of the wonderful message you sent to me on Tuesday when I communicated with you in the Spirit Realm, as your mortal remains were being transformed and transmuted into Earthly dust. I clearly saw your beautiful face surrounded by a golden halo of God’s Heavenly Light. You sent me another picture bathed in golden Light, with sunflowers behind you. To your right I saw the most magnificent sight – an entire field of sun flowers, filled with the same brilliant golden Light. I’ve always loved sun flowers, but now they have an extra special meaning for me. Each time I see one, I will think of you, and know that you’re sending me love from the Summerlands, where you’re chasing butterflies now, happy and care-free.
