Our beloved Axel,
Our hearts are shattered. You had the biggest heart and an even bigger personality. Your special character was loved by many.
You were the pup who loved swimming, spending countless hours in the pool.
You were the one who eagerly waited by the car, ready for your daily drive around the block, opposed to going for a walk.
You were the pup who never wanted to be left out, always barking if you weren’t included in the conversation.
You would even join in singing “Happy Birthday,” howling along with us. Our circle of friends are going to miss their special birthday song.
You were always by your mom’s side, her steadfast protector, warding off strangers with your fierce bark.
Christmas was your favourite time of year, and you couldn’t wait to open your presents. A highlight enjoyed by all. Your spirit will always be here with us, so we can feel your presence.
Sweet Axie, saying goodbye to you has left a deep emptiness in our hearts. We are so grateful for the precious years and memories we shared. We miss you more than words can express, and we pray you rest in perfect peace, my boy.
You were the most beautiful member of our family, and our love for you is beyond measure.
