Dear Uzabella

As I sit down to write this letter, my heart feels both heavy with sadness and light with gratitude. It’s hard to believe how quickly time has passed-I was so fortunate to have you in my life for 12 years and 5 months.

Each day with you was a precious gift, and I want to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful memories we shared and the unbreakable bond that will always remain between us. You came into my life as a sweet little puppy, a bundle of joy wrapped in soft fur and adorable rolls. From the first moment I held you in my arms, I knew you were special. Your playful spirit brought endless laughter into our home, and your gentle, loving nature made every day feel brighter.

You truly were my cuddle buddy-the way your warmth enveloped me during the winter months was unmatched. There’s nothing quite like the comfort of snuggling with you, feeling all those soft rolls against me. As we spent countless moments together over the years, I cherished every one: the playful mischief you brought, the quiet times when we simply enjoyed each other’s company, and those precious moments where your big, soulful eyes communicated everything I needed to know.

You had an incredible ability to sense my feelings, knowing just when I needed comfort or a good laugh. You were always by my side, ready to protect me with your fierce yet tender heart. I felt so safe knowing that my Belzie Boo was always on alert, keeping a watchful eye over me with love. The memories of our walks, the way you’d romp around with boundless energy, and those cozy evenings spent on the couch are etched in my heart forever. You taught me so much about loyalty, love, and the simple joy of companionship.

Though you’re no longer physically by my side, I find comfort in knowing you are with me in spirit. The love we shared will always be a part of me. I will hold onto our moments together tightly, carrying your spirit and love with me always. Thank you for being the incredible bulldog that you were and for filling my life with so much warmth and joy. Rest easy, my sweet Uzabella. You will always be my beloved Belzie Boo.
