TAKU
Message
I was there when you took your first breath
You were so tiny. I could never have anticipated how those little paws would crawl into my heart and change it forever. From trying to eat my eyelashes to bringing me ‘gifts’ we both know you stole from your mom! You grew from quirk to quirk into my big (but always baby) Taco Bear. You filled my days with laughter, joy and chaos and I treasure every moment we had. You were always special and everyone who met you fell in love – I know I certainly couldn’t love you more if I tried.
I was there when you took your last breath
I did everything in my power to make one of the hardest days of my life one of the easiest of yours. A day filled with kisses, treats, cuddles and tons of love, even a picnic nap!
I wholeheartedly believe you knew when our final moment had come. You were so brave my baby. As you lay purring softly on my chest and looking into my eyes, I know you felt how loved you are – and always will be – as you peacefully closed yours.
Rest well my angel boy, nothing can harm you now.
