IN LOVING MEMORY OF DAISY

To my loving Daisy,

I still remember the first day we fetched you, it was a warm summer’s day not a cloud in the sky. We drove back to your new home thinking of a name to give to this little giant with her light tanned fur, pitch black nose and giant paws, while driving looking at the scenery the beautiful flowers all around us we mentioned a few names, nothing sticked and quit fitted, then all of a sudden Daisy was mentioned, just like daisies are the sunshine to the ground were you the sunshine to our hearts.

You could not be part of our whole lives but boy we were your whole life without a doubt. You loved us more than you loved yourself, keeping us safe, looking after the kids and being mischief at the same time. Kids weren’t allowed to swim alone, the trampoline was only yours…. Sitting in a chair while we had friends over, laying on the table waiting for us to get home. These memories of you will always be cherished.

You brought us so much happiness, joy, and love into our lives, we will always be grateful to have loved and be loved by a fury child the way you loved us.

The pain of losing you was almost unbearable, but the joy of having you for so many years was worth it all.

I really miss you my Daisy, you will be on my mind forever and always.
