“Our novel with our pup Nubie has come to a close, time to bind the pages – she was the most luscious, beautiful creature who ever graced my life. My Nubie pup. For 9 years we danced around our beautiful sun & today was our final dance. Today you are gone, you are gone. Little love you are gone…
In the wandering arc of our vagabond sun, a single day’s trajectory of a beautiful life. Our single day together has stretched for 9 years in a dance & if closing my eyes, I could draw from summoned memory every gentle inch of the purity of your face.
Do you remember when you first came to us as an abandoned page from a fleeting novel? And now the abandoned page you had arrived as fit in perfectly to the missing chapters in our lives.
For 9 revolutions around the sun I awoke to this visage of your gentle gaze nursing me with your serenity, reminding me to leave those anxious dreams to sink back into the pillow from which surely they sprang.
Let us dance at least one more time around our steadfast sun, we can leave our shadows for the moon that’s next to come.”
